About me
I am a qualified Reiki Master & Level 4 Diploma Teacher of Yoga, Pranayama, & Meditation, Trained by the British Wheel of Yoga, I’ve been sharing these transformative practices since 2009.
Alongside Yoga & Reiki, I am a IIN Nutritional Health Coach, Trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York (2019).
My journey into teaching began from a deep personal connection with yoga—it became a tool not only for physical wellbeing but also for emotional balance, spiritual growth, & navigating life’s challenges.
I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, with a special focus on supporting those experiencing stress, anxiety, autoimmune conditions & perimenopause support.
These are times when the body craves balance, & practices like yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation & healing can be truly transformative.
